RNG (Random Number Generator) roulette software games are a widely available form of online gambling where the outcome of each spin is determined by a computer algorithm.

These games simulate the experience of playing roulette in a physical casino but do not involve a physical roulette wheel or ball. Instead, the software generates a random number to determine where the ball lands.

Many including us often avoid such games for a number of reasons including:-

Transparency Concerns: Unlike a physical roulette wheel, where players can see the ball and wheel in motion, RNG relies on behind-the-scenes algorithms. This lack of visible action can raise suspicions about the fairness of the game, as players must trust that the software is not rigged.

Understanding of RNG: There is often a lack of understanding about how RNG technology works. RNGs are designed to produce outcomes that mimic true randomness, but they are ultimately deterministic, based on initial seed values. Players who are not familiar with the technical aspects might doubt the randomness and fairness of these systems.

Regulation and Certification: While reputable online casinos use RNGs that are certified by independent testing agencies to ensure they are fair and unbiased, not all platforms adhere to these standards. Players might be wary of RNG software on less well-regulated sites, where the RNG could potentially be manipulated.

Past Scandals: There have been instances in the online gambling industry where RNG systems were found to be flawed or manipulated. Such scandals contribute to a general mistrust among some players.

Psychological Factors: Some players believe in the ability to predict or influence the outcome in a physical setting by observing the dealer's actions or the wheel's motion. In RNG roulette, this element is completely absent, leading to a perception of reduced control over the game outcome.

We have taken the plunge, and, in this video, we are trying out a system on RNG roulette, but only for tiny stakes. Like many we do not trust the casinos and if they do cheat us then its would be easy for them to do it with RNG software-based Roulette, however we are keeping an open mind. It was an interesting session, its nots as much fun when you can’t see a wheel spinning, but in theory it shouldn’t make any difference to the results. The session has its ups and downs but we come in profit, so it wasn’t too bad . . .
